Pet photos! We all take them, how do we capture good ones?
To get a decent photo of your pets, let them be natural. Unless you have a prop like a hat, it’s easier to catch a good photo of them in a relaxed moment than a posed moment. Have something that will get their attention that you can actually give them after they look at you. That also reinforces to them when they look at you they are rewarded. If you are trying to capture a motion you can always video and go back and get a screenshot. We’ve found that calling their name and offering sweet talk works well, but if we have a treat or toy, that’s our go-to because it’s more fun! We also love a good clean background.
