This is all the stuff we need to know to take the best care of your pets in all the ways you would. No amount of info is too much, but lack of detail is sometimes not enough. Just keep in mind that if it's not in these forms, it doesn't exist...be specific. (IE: instead of 1 bowl of dog food, try 1 level scoop of Purina Sensitive Skin & Stomach Salmon & Rice twice daily)

All new pet care assignments include a FREE initial meet n’ greet at your home so you can share all the details with your sitters/walkers. Please understand, verbal specifics are awesome and we want them, but if it’s not in these forms, it doesn’t exist. Please fill each form out in its entirety with as much detail as necessary…as if you did not have the opportunity to meet us in person.

The Policies and Procedures are for you and can be reviewed anytime. They will occasionally get updated and we will do our best to let you know in our emails. If you are not subscribed to receive our emails, you can always check here before you book your next service.

You can fill these out anytime, even before you need us to care for your pets!

Dog & cat info form for pet care visits only or pet care visits that include walking your pup.

Please complete the Dog Walking Form if you ONLY need dog walks or potty breaks, no other care included (no feeding, no other pets, just walking your pups, scooping the day’s poops, bring in mail/packages).

Pets other than dogs and cats? Exotic pets include bunnies, birds, horses, turtles and tortoises and other reptiles like lizards and snakes, goats, fish, rodents, coop dwellers like ducks and chickens…pretty much anyone who isn’t a dog or cat. The Exotic Pet Info form is for you!

Please complete the Dog Walking Info if your dog's ONLY need is walking or potty breaks. If you need us to provide pet care visits that include walks, please see the “Dog and Cat Info” form.
